Welcome to TIC Mortgage Lending! My name is Ivan Anderson, and I am an Independent Mortgage Broker serving the Omaha metro area with offices in Elkhorn and Fremont.

As a mortgage broker, I work for my clients rather than the banks which allows me to focus on the individual needs of each borrower and to work with a variety of lenders to find the best solution for each situation. With our technology-driven platform, I can provide same-day pre-approvals, seamless transactions, on-time closings all backed with low mortgage rates.

I've lived in Omaha most of my life and I care deeply about this community. I graduated from Creighton University in 1998 with a degree in Finance. Shortly after graduation I accepted a position in Minnesota and began working in the mortgage industry, even spending some time with RBC Capital Markets in Minneapolis working with institutional mortgage-backed fixed income securities. I wanted to get back to the retail side of this industry so I transitioned to working with various credit unions which would lead me back to my home in Nebraska in 2004.

I've been an independent since 2009 and I would have it any other way! The flexibility independence offers is unmatched. I'm able to access several options no matter what my clients' unique needs may be.

I'm married to my wonderful wife Kimberly, who you will likely get the pleasure to meet as we both work together at the firm. Together we have five amazing kids who keep us extremely active.
